Pells Consulting is a specialist firm that undertakes work in areas of civil, geotechnical and groundwater engineering. It is led by Dr Philip Pells who in 2009 retired from Pells Sullivan Meynink, a consultancy firm he helped set up in 1993.
The services offered by Pells Consulting are primarily:
- Technical reviews of designs of tunnels, dams, shafts and high capacity foundations;
- Specialist design work for support of caverns, tunnels and embankment dams;
- Specialist advice on water resource issues, based on hydrology, hydraulics and ground water analyses; and
- Expert reports for mediation and litigation.
